Exquisite, antique Bondware fine china demi-tasse coffee set in gold.  Made in Bavaria, Germany and hand decorated with cameo scenes of frivolous 18th Century court life (fragonard), this set comprises 6 demi-tasse coffee cups, 5 saucers, a lidded sugar bowl, a cream jug and a wonderful, lidded coffee pot.
Given its age this beautiful set is in amazing condition with no chips, cracks or crazing in evidence and in pristine, clean condition inside, suggesting little or possibly no use. There is just one saucer missing and two tiny faults, in terms of white flecks, as shown in the last two pictures - one on the sugar bowl, the other on the cream jug.
