A very pretty powder blue plant pot made by Flora Keramiek in Gouda, NL in the 1960's / 1970's period and hand-painted with floral detail to the front and back. 
In excellent condition, there is just a tiny chip on the top inner edge, but this would be hidden by a plant. Also a very fine hairline crack, barely visible - please see last pictures.
