Enchanting Lador manicure set in a beautiful beige, mirrored case with blue edge trim, gold marbling effect and decorated, gold clasps.  The shape of the case is curved at the front and  recalls a grand piano.  Inside the ornate case a twirling ballerina dances to music if you wind the lever underneath the case.  The label underneath states Lador. Swiss Musical Movement. Dream of Waltz.
The manicure set has mother of pearl handles and gold, metal tools. They sit on a base of turquoise felt with pale blue, twisted cord edging.  The mirrored internal lid has pleated satin around the mirror.
It all looks completely unused and has been preserved wonderfully.  This is a very special piece.
