A pretty dessert set by Palissey pottery, England, comprising a larger bowl with 6 smaller, individual bowls in cream with colourful floral decoration.  The bowls are all in octagonal form with lightly scalloped edges.
This dates from at least 1950's and possibly even earlier - the design has a rather art deco 'feel' and is a rare one.
Condition is superb - no chips, no cracks, no crazing. These have evidently been stored very carefully somewhere safe and hardly used.
