Extraordinary and extravagant, this Italian Capodimonte style, floral ornament is hand painted in rose and real gold with amazingly intricate detail.  It is truly a showstopper! 
It's in lovely vintage condition.  All the leaves and tips are intact.  
Only when you look closely can you tell that the top parts 2 of the inner pink stamen have broken off. Similarly, the tips of 2  green leaves have broken off and there is a tiny chip on the edge of one of the large, white leaves, but hard to see.  These minor signs of wear in no way detract from its beauty.
