A beautifully decorated, hand-painted, large Delft tankard or beer stein with a musical base that has been made in Switzerland (with a German inscription "Trink mit mir auf Du und Du" (Drink with me to you and you). 
You can wind up the musical base so it plays music but there is a small lever that stops the music the moment you place the tankard down on a surface.
