This is a large and excellent reproduction painting in acrylic on board, of Montague Dawson's famous work entitled 'The Duke and Duchess'.  Brush strokes are visible throughout so this is not a print.  Framed in a gilt and matte, ornate surround, with some age related chips visible. 
The colours are bright and the sense of motion of the ships riding the waves is life-like.  Painting itself in beautiful condition.
