Very large, iconic, vintage mixing bowl with the special 'all round grip', made by Mason Cash, in Church Gresley, Staffordshire, and featured in many period dramas, such as Downton Abbey. This is the classic, 'Cane' mixing bowl in glazed earthenware and is perfect for mixing bread dough, pastry, cake mixture and pretty much anything.
This bowl is size 9 - it measures 12 inches/ 31 cm in diameter and X cm in height.
I don't know its exact age but it is possibly from the 1970's or 1980's.
In superb condition with no defects to report. Hard-wearing and can be used in the microwave, oven and dishwasher.
