Very rare and unique, art deco Royal Falconware vase, a prestigious line of the renowned Weatherby Hanley pottery, dating from 1920's and made by J.H.Weatherby & Sons.
This gorgeous piece has a pale, smooth, matt finish with a ringed surface and is a very tactile ornament.  The fabulous design lines and ornate decoration are classic art deco in style.  
The colour is also exceptional - a pale pink reminiscent of strawberry cream with a deep sugar pink interior.
This vase is in remarkable condition considering its age - there are no discernible defects to report, no chips, no cracks, no crazing - just a few very minor marks around the opening that are hard to see.  It has evidently been preserved and cherished with great care over time.
