A striking and very impressive, large, heavy and ornate vintage table lamp with a large, Tiffany style canopy shade decorated with bejeweled dragonflies in vibrant colours.

The heavy lamp base is made of antique style brass and is decorated with a cherub in flowing robes and flowers.
I do not know the origins of this table lamp but believe the Tiffany style lampshade may be older than the base, which has been made to look vintage. The lamp has been PAT tested and is in full working order with dual bulbs that lie horizontally under the shade.  It gives off a soft glow.
The shade has evidently had a fall at some point as the top metal dome is misshapen, as shown. There are also a few small surface cracks on the top of the glass to one side.  The misshapen dome causes the shade to hang very slightly unevenly to one side, though it is not noticeable, as shown in the pictures. This is a stunning vintage piece that makes a statement wherever it is placed.
