Extremely pretty oval dish with scalloped edging and fine, hand-painted, ceramic flower and leaf detail in beautiful colours, from the mid-Century - perhaps 1950's.  This could be used as an ornament, as a dish for nibbles or even perhaps as a soap dish.  
20 cm in length and 14 cm in width.
There is a tiny chip on the underside of one edge but barely noticeable due to the scalloped edging, and one of the blue flowers is also slightly chipped (see last photo) - but again, hard to notice.
