Framed and ready to hang, this attractive pair of large, glass-fronted, botanical prints entitled Peony and Orchid, are depicted in a somewhat Oriental style and would look magnificent in both contemporary and more traditional contexts. 
The wood frames have evidently been painted a beige stone colour, covering what appears to be a red gold original surround. The effect of this is a few minor gold flecks peeping through wherever there is a slight chip of the surface paint.
Both in excellent and beautiful condition, front and back.
