A pair of rare and exquisite plates made by Royal Crown Derby in England in 1930's, in the Derby Peacock Blue pattern.  This striking design features peacocks on a backdrop of blue floral and leaf decoration. 
The smaller side plate is trimmed in gold and measures 15.5 cm in diameter.
The larger plate measures 23 cm.
Both plates are in excellent condition given that they are antique.  There is just a small chip on the underside of the smaller plate but this cannot be seen from the front.
