A large and quite spectacular, antique wash jug vase in remarkable condition, with gold edge trim and pink rose decoration.  This is stamped underneath by the makers Royal Venton Ware, John Steventon & Sons Ltd, Burslem, England. It dates from the art deco period.

Condition is exceptional. No discernible defects, just a little fading to the gold trim around the handle area and some patches of light, age-related crazing around the upper part of the jug.
